Salary range: £25,992 - £28,163 FTE per annum
 Work location: Community Support Service, Oxford  
 Hours per week: 37 hours per week

We are recruiting for a Full-time Support Worker based at our Community Support Services in Oxford

About us

 Our Community Support Service is for adults who have a learning disability, ageing health need, physical disability, dementia or mental health need, we provide daytime services where people can enjoy the company of others and have fun socialising while feeling at home and retaining their independence.

About the role

 You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, ageing needs and dementia. This is a frontline role where you will be providing high quality and meaningful activities, medication support, personal care, food and drink preparation and support and much more!

About you

 

You will be a kind, reliable, organised, and caring individual. It is important you can work from your initiative and support people’s growth and achieve their desired goals. You will need to be a driver and prepared to drive minibuses. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
