About the role
Within Civil Enforcement, we manage On Street Parking and ANPR enforcement within the county. This role is to work in the evolving ANPR enforcement team which covers bus lanes, moving traffic, the Zero Emission Zone in the city, and will include the proposed traffic filters in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising administrators who are processing representations received from motorists who have received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
- Being the first point of call for assistant officers to provide advice and support
- Coordinating workflows and allocating resources in response to demand
- Assisting in training new staff
About you
As an Officer, you will have experience of supervising staff in an administration environment. You will understand the legal framework for processing PCNs and have good working knowledge of this process. You will be confident in decision making and do so in line with the national legislation we follow. It is important to us that you are a team player – we are a supportive team, and we all assist each other to keep things running smoothly.
