Job Introduction
About Us
Our libraries are about so much more than books – they’re places where culture is created and happens every day. You could be part of these vibrant community hubs, welcoming everyone to explore, read, learn, meet, connect, collaborate, share, adventure and be inspired!
You’ll be working for our thriving Oxfordshire Library Service which has 44 libraries across the county and over 2,400,000 visitors to our libraries every year.
About the Role

A Peripatetic Customer Service Adviser is crucial to the running of the library and will spend most of their time public-facing. As well as helping customers find and use resources, this role is also detail oriented and involves performing administrative and clerical duties and organising library material and information.
