About Us

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides centralised contact for customer enquiries across a wide range of council services via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face. Our vision is to provide excellence in customer experience to the residents and visitors of Oxfordshire.

 

About the Role

As a Team Leader in the contact centre, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and the wider team to contribute to the performance and management of the services we provide to our customers. You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of several service areas through line management of your team. This role is fast-paced, dynamic, but very rewarding.
 

About you

Are you a natural, inspirational leader? Can you effectively lead a team and take them on a change journey with you? Have you got experience of leading a team in a Contact Centre or similar fast paced environment? Do you challenge the status quo, find innovative solutions to challenges and have a passion for providing excellence in customer experience?
