About Us
We are a team passionate about system improvements and business process enhancements. We are looking for like minded people to be equally as passionate to assist with the ongoing development of our recording system to ensure that our front line teams are working in the most effective way possible.
About the Role
This role will be part of a highly skilled and experienced team who will be expected to fully appreciate the functionality and configuration options of the case management systems, and use this to design optimised business process and deliver training, so a proven record of process and systems design is key
Once in role we shall develop your knowledge, skills and expertise further in this field. The post holder will take on significant responsibility and be expected to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

About you
We are looking for energetic, keen and experienced people, who have an enhanced level of IT skills which includes Microsoft Office and Children's Case Management Systems.
We are looking for people who can communicate well and have a customer focused approach, constructively and symmetrically challenging assumptions and opinions. Establishing good working relationships with stakeholders and partners is an essential part of the role so experience is necessary.
This post will undertake varied day to day tasks so you must be highly organised, be able to plan your day working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
