Payments & Systems Data Support Officer

About Us

The Payments and Systems Data Team is responsible for managing the input, updating and closing care provision, payee, contractual and payment data across the Adults and Children’s Social Care Case Management and Finance systems, and the Corporate Finance system. 

The Payment and System Data Support Officer role will sit in the Systems Team, but it is expected that officers are able to work across any of the three functions as the manager requires to support fluctuating demands or changes in priority. 

About the Role

The role would also be responsible for accurate entry of commissioned care packages into the Social Care Case Management systems. Alongside this, the role would be the first point of contact to deal with team communications whilst assessing the nature of the contact in line with the team procedures.

About you

You should have experience of working in a finance or system related environment with good ICT skills and high attention to detail. You should also be able to work well under pressure to strict deadlines.
