About the Role

The role is an exciting opportunity to directly support young people and hold a caseload as well as leading and supporting development work. This is a great opportunity for those seeking progression and aspiring leaders to take on additional responsibility outside of direct work.

 

About you

This is an opportunity for candidates who want to undertake this role as part of their professional development or to experience a different area of work or for experienced existing lead practitioners to take on a new role.  You will be an adaptable and capable practitioner who is dedicated and passionate about supporting the needs of care leavers. This successful candidate will also have an opportunity to provide supervision and line management to staff.
