About Us

Oxfordshire County Council's Performance and Information Team is looking for a motivated and innovative Information Analyst. This role supports Education/SEND and is pivotal in ensuring the Council meets statutory reporting responsibilities as well as providing key performance information and analysis to help improve the outcomes for all children across Oxfordshire.

 

About the Role

This role is available as a 6 month secondment opportunity or fixed term contract, available to both internal and external candidates.  

The successful applicant will administer statutory data collections in the Education sphere; collecting data, communicating with schools and colleagues and quality assuring returns to ensure accurate submissions are made to the DfE.  Alongside this work the data collected is also used to improve Children’s Services across Oxfordshire through the provision of analysis and insight, making a difference to the young population of the County.

Applicants should have experience of working with Power BI, Excel and databases; be a confident communicator and have the ability to manage a busy workload, prioritising tasks.
