About us:
We are a small advisory team working with early years providers to ensure high quality early education and childcare across Oxfordshire. We are part of the education team within Children and Family's Directorate.
About the role:
The post includes working with childminders, out of school clubs, and private, self-reliant and voluntary settings with a focus on high quality childcare and early education
The purpose of the role is to work with Early Years providers to ensure and promote high quality and inclusive early years education and childcare across Oxfordshire through targeted visits, training and commissioning.
About You:
We are looking for a well-qualified and highly successful Early Years specialist who has led a setting or their own business as a childminder or nursery manager/owner. A good knowledge of how young children learn, and effective inclusive practice is essential.
The successful candidate should be able to work effectively within a team and should be skilled in ICT, have excellent communication skills, meet deadlines and able to work from home.
