About Us

The Family Solutions Service in Didcot are seeking to recruit Family Support Workers to join their Family Help Team.


About the Role

The roles are Grade 9, £33,366 - £36,124 (pro rata), 37 hrs and 18.5 hrs per week, with a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service. The ability to travel across the South Oxfordshire area is essential.

The work will include completing Strengths and Needs Assessments and Family Help case management involving direct work with children, young people and their families providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people.   This includes leading Team Around the Family meetings and delivering a range of evidence-based group programmes to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service.
