Oxfordshire County Council’s Facilities Management Team have a great opportunity for someone to start, or build on, their career Facilities.
We are recruiting a permanent Facilities Assistant to assist at our Abingdon Hubs, with an option to support colleagues in other locations around Oxfordshire. The candidate would be supporting the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager and the role gives an insightful introduction to FM and office administration.
About the Role
The Facilities Assistant will provide a full range of property and premises support duties. They will be responsible for H&S checks, reporting building faults and maintaining the running of the site on a daily basis. They will provide face to face advice to clients and callers.
This post holder is responsible for ensuring that all relevant County policies and procedures are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies.
About You
The candidate would be willing to learn, or enhance their knowledge, in administration, internal customer interactions and facilities management.
