  • Confidence handling complex and sensitive enquiries
  • Good IT skills
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to change
  • A focus on continuous improvement
  • A strong commitment to Safeguarding Adults

Most importantly, you will enjoy developing people, building strong relationships and finding practical ways to improve services.

Rewards and benefits

In return, you will join a supportive organisation where your development and wellbeing matter. Benefits include:

  • Opportunities for learning, development and career progression.

  • Flexible working opportunities, subject to the needs of the service.
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.
